Women’s Yarning Circle and Poetic Expression with MpathSoul

Monica Jasmine McDonald also known as MpathSoul is a Gunai and Gunditjmara multi-disciplinary performing artist. Monica has spent the last 15 years performing her craft as a singer-songwriter, actress, and spoken-word poet, emerging director and MC in Naarm and across Australia.

Monica’s music is a blend of soulful folk and both her music and spoken-word reflect lyrics of protest, healing and connection: she continues to create work for change, in both theatre, music, poetry, education and live performance.The workshop will be focusing around wellbeing and expression through the means of sharing story, connection in yarning a circle and poetry.
