Vision Board and Values Workshop with Blak Wattle – 7th & 21st February – Abbotsford

Come join Vision Boards and Values workshop facilitated by Caroline Kell Mbarbrum woman who was born and raised on Kulin lands.

What’s included in session one:

  • Good tunes and good vibes!
  • Journey into your future self through a sacred and guided visualization.
  • Guided reflective activities to reflect on your 2024 goals and intentions and future aspirations.
  • Everything you need to make your vision board – Aboriginal symbols, iconography, magazines, quotes, images, paints, textas the works!

Materials will be provided but feel free to bring any photos, or quotes on anything that resonates with you.

What’s included in session two:

  • Guided heart-led meditation.
  • Yarning circles to create a dialogue on ideas that stimulate reflection on one’s values, beliefs, and principles.
  • Knowledge sharing on values. Participants will learn how to:
    – Define what values are and why they are important.
    – Examine the role of culture, society, family, and personal experiences in shaping values.
    – Explore the idea that values can evolve and adapt over time.
  • Guided activities so participants can identify and walk away with their core values, the things that matter most to them.
