Each facilitator will take you through exercises and activities to allow a deeper connection to body, mind, spirit , ancestors and country.
- Lee will facilitate a sacred space, sitting in a ceremony and a healing circle
- Emma will take you through Guriwal breathing & healing with Yabun
- Yolanda will do a mind, body & spirit meditation, check-in and connection activity
Other activities include deep listening with Dadirri, a sensory healing table, healing song, and the river is our teacher art activity.
