Marngrooks with Wax Treasures Feathers – Friday 19 August – FULL

Come join in this deadly workshop led by proud Yuin woman Amanda from Wax Treasures Feathers, to create and take home your very own Marngrook.
Marngrook is a traditional Aboriginal game played by Victoria’s First People. Marngrook was played with a possum skin ball stuffed with reeds from the creek.
As part of this workshop, participants be guided how to cut and sew possum skins to create their own Marngrook.

Registration is a must as we’ll be sending out a Zoom meeting ID prior to the workshop date. To register, call us on 9244 3333 and ask for Torie or email kwp@djirra.org.au
