Healing & Wellbeing Workshop with Lee Couch – Wednesday 27 March – Online

The workshop is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your body and identify any issues that need attention. Intergenerational trauma can be held in the body for many years, leading to illness and disease. By paying attention to the body’s signs and symptoms, we can determine what is out of balance. It’s a beautiful journey towards healing and well-being.
Lee will guide us to tap into the body’s spiritual meanings and provide new insight and understanding of what your body is telling you.
Lee Couch is an Aboriginal woman from the Gamilaroi Tribe in Northern NSW with connections to her ancestors from Moree. Through her business, she expresses her lifelong learning, healing journey, and culture. Her devotion to advocating for healing, sustainable change, and social equity is dedicated to her beautiful daughter Gemma and future generations. For more than 15 years, Lee has inspired healing, wellness, and education with a focus on traditional practices in mental health care and wellbeing.
