The workshop offers a great chance to connect with your body and address any underlying issues. Intergenerational trauma can affect the body over many years, leading to illness and disease. By paying attention to the body’s signs and symptoms, we can identify areas that need attention. It’s a beautiful journey towards healing and well-being.
Lee will help us understand the spiritual significance of the body and gain new insights into its messages. Lee Couch is an Aboriginal woman from the Gamilaroi Tribe in Northern NSW, with ancestral connections to Moree. Through her business, she shares her lifelong learning, healing journey, and culture. Her dedication to advocating for healing, sustainable change, and social equity is inspired by her daughter Gemma and future generations. For over 15 years, Lee has been promoting healing, wellness, and education, focusing on traditional practices in mental health care and well-being.
