DESCRIPTION:Join proud Narungga woman Shana Franklin, founder of Seed And Ripple, for a warm and reflective three-part series created for Aboriginal women to pause, yarn, connect and make space for themselves.\nAcross three weeks, you’ll explore your strengths, values and aspirations, reflect on the stories you tell yourself, and discover practical ways to slow down, fill your cup and stay grounded.\nThrough creativity, guided reflection and plenty of good yarns and laughs, this series is a chance to reconnect with yourself and the strength you already carry. Participants will also receive a Seed and Ripple Reflection Collection and Journal to continue their journey at home.\nKWP workshops are free and open to all Aboriginal women.
